This office does not accept insurance.

Why?  Insurance companies are interested in cost control, not quality control. They also do not care if you get better.  They really have no interest if you get the right care for your problem.  To this end, our office can only provide excellent care and results by not participating with insurance companies.  If you are looking for results and transparency, then we have the same goals.

New Patients

Arrival
Take a minute to fill out our new patient forms prior to your first appointment, or please arrive 20 minutes before to your appointment start time.

Test Results
We request that you bring copies of any CTs, X-rays, MRIs or any other relevant test results that may be related to your condition.

Attire
Please wear loose fitting clothes (No skirts or jeans). If you have a neck or shoulder complaint, we prefer you wear a tank top. If you have a lower extremity complaint (hip, knee or foot) please wear shorts.

the First visit

After meeting with Dr. Wengert, you will leave your first appointment with an in-depth diagnosis and understanding of your condition. To achieve this, your first visit includes:

  • A full health history overview.

  • A review of any test results related to your condition.

  • An in-depth consultation where we listen and determine where to start with our evaluation.

  • A functional examination, including concentrated measurements of problem areas.

  • An accurate and detailed explanation of your diagnosis.

  • Establishing an effective treatment plan (set to begin at your next appointment)
